Crabmeat and Grapefruit Salad
A quick, easy and wholesome supper of lunch dish equally good
in summer and winter
Ingredients
Fresh crabmeat. (White with a small amount of brown)
Baked potatoes
Good egg mayonnaise
Dash of Worcester sauce
A little lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Pinch of Paprika (optional)
Method
1) Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, Worcester sauce and lemon juice
with salt and pepper.
2) Pile on to halved baked potatoes.
3) Serve with sweet corn and salad.
